Students will be able to view the following information on the Degree Progress Advisement Transcript:

• Your personal information.
• Transfer credits that have been evaluated by our Central Records Office.
• Courses required for the degree.
• Courses taken that meet the degree requirements will be noted with the semester taken, course title, credits/units for the class and the final grade.
• Course requirements not meet will be noted in bold print and a list of courses that may be used to satisfy that degree requirement will follow.
• Courses you have taken that do not meet degree requirements will be shown at the end of the transcript.

 Follow these steps to access the Degree Progress Advisement Transcript:

Login to SIS

Click on Self Service

Click on Student Center

Click on Degree Progress

For Academic Institution click on Tidewater Community College.

For Report Type click on Advisement Transcript – ADVSR

Click on GO

To print the Advisement Transcript, use the print icon on your browser’s toolbar.
