Complete a TCC Non-Credit Application & Registration Form and mail it with your check or money order (no cash please) payable to Tidewater Community College, to the address indicated on the form.

To have a form mailed or faxed to you, call 757-822-1234.

You may come to the College to register in person. To register in person come to the 5th Floor of the Martin Building, 300 Granby Street, on the Norfolk Campus.

Registration Exception:

Register for all Motorcycle Rider Training Program courses online or at the Chesapeake Campus.

Refunds:

Full refunds are made for:

1. Student withdrawal three days prior to the class start date.
2. In the event of course cancellation.
3. For over-enrollment.

Refunds are processed through the campus Business Office and issued through the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Refunds normally take 4-6 weeks to be processed and returned to the student. 

Failure to meet attendance requirements will result in unsuccessful completion of the course with no refund given.
