About the Class

Do you feel held back, both professionally and personally, due to lack of confidence when speaking in front of a group?  If so, this is the workshop for you! One of the best ways to build and promote your individual brand or company is of the most oft overlooked: Public Speaking

Participants will learn how to captivate their audience, the importance of stance and posture, breathing techniques to help them relax, how to read the room, and how to create volume without straining their voices.
