Graduates don’t take exam since some of the qualifications for sitting for exam require experience in the field. The ACF is the only professional organization that conducts the industry certification exams. It’s up to the student to apply and pay for them when they are ready. The only caveat to that is when the student maintains a membership in the ACF and upon graduation is automatically awarded the CC (Certified Culinarian Certificate). |
