On August 5, 2014, TCC implemented an online employee recruitment/applicant tracking system that will streamline the job search and application process for job seekers and the recruitment process for hiring managers.
The new online system is provided by PeopleAdmin (no relation to PeopleSoft, the provider of our SIS, AIS, and HRMS systems), a leader in standardizing and simplifying hiring practices in higher education and government. PeopleAdmin provides the recruitment software used by the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as several state universities and colleges, including the UVA, Virginia Tech, ODU, and Northern Virginia CC.
All positions will be requested, posted, and recruited using TCC’s online recruitment/applicant tracking system. Using the PeopleAdmin technology, HR staff, hiring managers, and search committees will be able to access online records to expedite hiring and provide greater accountability when selecting new employees.
