eVA
eVA is the Commonwealth of Virginia 's Total eProcurement Solution. Materiel Management staff administer the use of eVA for the college community to ensure that all procurement transactions are processed through eVA to eVA registered vendors. Training is provided to new users and refresher training is provided to existing users.
