Materiel Management staff obtain and provide for the identification, disposal, documentation, and re-distribution of state-owned property in accordance with state and federal regulations. Proper and detailed documentation must be maintained on all college property. Any college-owned property that is no longer needed or used by a department must be transferred to the college's warehouse for re-distribution and/or disposal.
