Dean Statement of Approval:
(.doc)
All initial applications must be accompanied by a Statement of Approval
signed by the appropriate dean and emailed directly to the ITTL Selection
Committee Chair. This is to verify that funded projects are supported
by the relevant department or division. All that is necessary is for your division dean or supervisor to email to the mhanlin@tcc.edu following statement: As the Supervising Dean for _____ [Division/Campus], I hereby endorse the ITTL project entitled ____ proposed by ___ [ITTL applicant].
OIS Statement of Approval:
All applications must meet approval by TCC's Vice-President for Information Systems. This is to verify that funded projects
are achievable with the existing support services or that necessary
support is included in the grant application. Please contact Larry Niederkorn ( tcniedl@tcc.edu) for consultation. Applicants need not obtain this approval in advance of the initial application: the ITTL committee will seek it on their behalf once the initial application is submitted.
Projects involving the purchase of a projector:
All requests for projector purchases must also be approved by TCC's interim Director of Instructional Technology,
John Morea ( jmorea@tcc.edu). This office will use your ITTL funding to purchase a state-of-the-art
projector with a bulb that is common to all of TCC's projectors.
TCC will maintain the projector. Mr. Morea will determine the
cost of the projector to include in your ITTL budget request.
