| ITTL Endorsements
and Supporting Data:
Evidence of participation and support are valuable to the selection committee as it attempts to gauge
the potential benefits and uses of the projects being proposed. Those directly involved in a proposed project will be identified in the grant proposal itself, but other data and endorsements are encouraged.
- Data from TCC's Institutional Research relating to the number of students to benefit from the proposed project is important to ranking of the proposals by the selection committee.
- Often, a proposed project dovetails with a larger institutional
objective or will produce benefits that can be shared with others.
Such "spillover" benefits are vital for the grant selection
committee to take into account.
- Endorsements of projects being proposed
should identify the grant proposal's title and the applicant.
- Endorsements may come from anyone within the college, within the VCCS, or from the communities that we serve. They should be emailed to ITTL Selection Committee Chairs John Morea (jmorea@tcc.edu) or Mary Hanlin (mhanlin@tcc.edu) by the final grant submission
deadline.
