The Office of Student Success & Enrollment Management provides strategic, college-wide leadership for establishing and maintaining an institutional focus on student success as TCC’s principal goal. The office supports that mission through the functional areas of Central Records, student activities and leadership programs, Disabilities Services, and the Open Door Project – a grant-supported initiative to assist individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds to be successful in college.
