Located on the second floor of the Virginia Beach Student Center, the Fitness Area includes an array of exercise equipment, and fitness classes. The area is designed to help improve the cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall health of TCC students.
Whether you're a beginner, casual user, or serious athlete you will enjoy the Fitness Center which has been designed with state-of-the-art equipment by Cybex, Octane, Hoist, and Schwin. Certified trainers are available demonstrate equipment.
Group fitness classes will challenge you to new heights and get you in shape - all while having fun. Watch those pounds and inches disappear! Schedules will be posted soon for the Fitness Center and the Gym - check back often!
An orientation is strongly encouraged for all participants new to the facility. An orientation schedule will be available at the fitness center check-in desk. Orientations can also be scheduled directly with the Coordinator of Fitness and Wellness Services.
All participants are expected to adhere to the posted rules and expectations of the fitness room and respect the VBSC staff in the enforcement of such rules and expectations.
