Spring 2015 Semester

Boot Camp

@ 7:30am
With the help of our motivating instructors and your determination, this class will take your fitness to the next level. No choreography in this class, just cardio and strength stations that will leave you fatigued, exhausted and feeling great.

Indoor Cycling

@ 4:00pm
Get an amazing cardio workout with a stationary bike as your tool. This workout will incorporate flat roads, rolling hills, sprints, hill climbs, and jumps to music. All fitness levels are welcome.

Butts & Guts Express

@ 5:15pm
Give our instructors 30 minutes and they'll give you the tools and exercises needed to tighten and tone.

Zumba

@ 6:00pm
Latin and international music will inspire you to dance your way to fitness. This class will have all fitness levels breaking a sweat while it feels like a party.

In Motion

In Motion training is a circuit workout utilizing kettle bells, TRX, sandbags, battling ropes and RIP Trainers. This is a high-intensity workout that can be modified to meet any individual's fitness level.

Learn the basics of good nutrition and how you can improve your eating habits.
