Cycling

An amazing cardio workout using a stationary bike is waiting for you. This workout incorporates flat roads, rolling hills, sprints,climbs and jumps to music. All fitness levels are welcome.

Functional Fitness

@ 3:00pm
Functional Fitness takes you thorugh a circuit workout centered on the motion cage utilizing sand bags, Rip Trainers, kettle bells, TRX, battling ropes and more. This high intensity workout can be modified to meet any individual's fitness level.

Boot Camp

This class will push you to the next level. No choreography, just strength, cardio and intensity. You will leave exhausted and feeling great.

Barre-Lattes

Looking for those long, lean muscles? Try this total body toning class using Pilate Barres, weights and mats.

Chisel
