Functional Fitness

@ 3:00pm
Functional Fitness takes you through a circuit workout centered on the motion cage utilizing sand bags, Rip Trainers, kettle bells, TRX, battling ropes and more. This high intensity workout can be modified to meet any individual's fitness level.

Small Group Training

Let our fitness instructors create the perfect workout for you and your friends. Three training options are available:
  • Cardio
  • Strength
  • Flexibility

This class will push you to the next level. No choreography, just strength, cardio and intensity. You will leave exhausted and feeling great!

Barre

@ 3:00pm (3rd Floor)
Looking for those long, lean muscles? Try this total body toning class using Pilate Barres, weights and mats.

Get ripped in this total body strength and tone class utilizing weighted plates, bars and benches.

Zumba

@ 3:00pm
Latin and international music will inspire you to dance your way to fitness. This class will have all fitness levels breaking a sweat while it feels like a party.

Cycling

@ 5:30pm
An amazing cardio workout using a stationary bike is waiting for you. This workout incorporates flat roads, rolling hills, sprints, climbs and jumps to music. All fitness levels are welcome.
