Indoor Cycling

Get an amazing cardio workout with a stationary bike as your tool. This workout will incorporate flat roads, rolling hills, sprints, hill climbs and jumps, all to music. All fitness levels welcome.

In Motion

@ 10:30am
In Motion training is a circuit workout experience utilizing medicine balls, kettle bells, sandbags, barbells, TRX, battling ropes and RIP trainers. This is a high-intensity workout that can be modified to meet an individual's fitness level.

Orientation

@ 12:15pm
Not sure where to begin? Come to one of the many orientations offered during the week with a VBSC Group Fitness Instructor. Orientations offer instruction on how to use the strength training and cardio equipment safely and effectively. Fitness Room rules and common etiquette will also be included.

Power Hour

This high-energy cardio and strength class is taught in an interval format. Each class will focus on conditioning your total body by increasing your cardio fitness level and building muscular strength. This is truly a total body fitness experience.

Total Body Challenge

As the name suggests, your entire body will feel the challenge through interval training. Why interval training? Short periods of high-intensity activity improve cardio fitness, speed, power and burn more calories after your workout. Both beginners and conditioned athletes are welcome.
