Parking at the Chesapeake
Campus
| Parking decals and semester validation stickers for the Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Virginia Beach campuses are provided to students that have registered and paid for their classes. |

To receive your free parking decal or the semester validation sticker you will need to have the following items:

Decals are available at the Chesapeake Campus in the Business Office, Room 172 in the George B. Pass Building. Parking decals should be placed on the left rear bumper of the vehicle or the rear window, lower corner on the driver side.
Parking is available in front of the George B. Pass and Marian P Whitehurst Buildings. Additional parking is available on the east side of campus off of Bells Mill Road. To access this parking lot, proceed past the main campus entrance and turn left onto Bells Mill Road. The parking lot entrance is on the left.
Parking at the Regional Automotive Center and Tri-Cities Center is free. Parking is available in front of both facilities.
To locate parking lots, click on Map under the Locate Campus or People bar on the left.
Students taking classes on the Norfolk Campus are required to purchase a City of Norfolk Garage Parking Pass. Information is available on this website: http://www.tcc.edu/welcome/locations/norfolk/info/parking.htm. |
