Campus: College in the Afternoon
| What is College in the Afternoon? |
- The "College in the Afternoon" program provides an opportunity for high school juniors and seniors to take college-level courses while still enrolled in high school.
- Four or five courses will be offered each semester on weekday afternoons, and are designed to fit into high school block schedules.
- The courses are typically transferable toward college credit.
- Students interested in the program must meet the admissions requirements for special provision students, http://www.tcc.edu/students/admissions/adm_special.htm
- Must satisfactorily complete the college's placement tests.
- Students are referred to the high school guidance counselor to discuss how this program relates to their high school career.
- Courses meet for approximately two hours, twice a week for 14 weeks.
