The
Partnership For Academic And Student Success (PASSport)
Norfolk State University (NSU) and Tidewater Community College
(TCC), in a historic and unique partnership, have created
The Partnership for Academic and Student Success (PASSport)
to help students who want to attend NSU become more academically
prepared for collegiate work before enrolling at NSU. The
purpose of the program is to permit promising students to
get into college and stay in even though they do not at
first fully qualify for enrollment at NSU.
