Chesapeake Campus: Testing Center

Welcome to the TCC Chesapeake Campus Testing Center!

The primary mission of the Chesapeake Campus Testing Center is to provide institutional testing to the campus community.  In addition, some workforce development testing is also available.  Tidewater Community College and the Testing Center offer the following exams:

Computer Competency Exams

Dual Enrollment/Special Provisions Testing

English as a Second Language Testing

Nursing Diagnostic Testing

For Faculty Only: Proctoring Services/Special Accommodations at the TCC Testing Centers

Proctoring services and testing for students needing special accommodations are available for campus faculty.  Instructors should complete the online TCC Testing Center Services Request Form available through InsideTCC at https://insidetcc.tcc.edu/faculty/index.htm.

 

 

 

The following Workforce Development tests are also offered:

CLEP Testing

Pearson VUE Authorized Center (PVCT)

Certiport Testing

Microsoft Office Specialist Certication Training

Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Students are reminded that they must arrive at the Testing Center in sufficient time to complete their exam. The Testing Center will close promptly at the times indicated.

Please note:  Assessment tests will not be given on the following dates due to required technical maintenance - January 21, 22, and 23, 2009.
