Teaching and Learning Center

The Chesapeake campus Tutoring Center--also known as the Teaching and Learning Center--is a free service that is available to serve your learning assistance needs. Our goal is to empower students struggling with various aspects of college academics.

  • Trained staff provides tutoring in most subjects taught at the college.
  • We also help with writing assignments, Blackboard issues, and/or ITE 115 questions.
  • Computers, a printer, graphing calculators, Spanish cd's, and copies of many textbooks are also available for student use.

Here you can do your homework, research information needed for papers, or meet with classmates. The Tutoring Center is a great place to tackle a challenging class assignment because someone is here to help you if you encounter a problem.

We look forward to working with you!
