The Norfolk Campus is located in the 300 block of Granby Street.

The Office of the President, the Office of Academic and Student Affairs, the Office of Financial Services, the Office of Human Resources, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, the Office of Grants and Sponsored Programs, and the Office of Development are located at 121 College Place.

PARKING:

Visitors should park in the MacArthur Center, North Garage, which may be entered from St. Pauls Boulevard.  On-street, metered parking is also available in the 300 block of Granby Street and 121 College Place.

From Chesapeake or From Portsmouth Using Downtown Tunnel-Berkley Bridge:

From I-464 or I-264, cross the Berkley Bridge and take the St. Paul's Boulevard exit.  At the stoplight, continue across St. Paul's Boulevard and enter the MacArthur Mall Center, North Garage.

From Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg:

From I-64 take I-264 West to City Hall Avenue (exit 10).  From City Hall Avenue turn right onto St. Paul's Boulevard.  Turn left onto Market Street to enter MacArthur Mall Center, North Garage.

From Virginia Beach:

Take I-264 West to City Hall Avenue (exit 10).  From City Hall Avenue turn right onto St. Paul's Boulevard.  Turn left onto Market Street to enter MacArthur Mall Center, North Garage.

From the Portsmouth Midtown Tunnel:

Exit the Tunnel and take the first right onto Brambleton Avenue.  Follow Brambleton Avenue and turn right onto St. Paul's Boulevard. Turn right onto Market Street to enter MacArthur Mall Center, North Garage.
