| Student Parking Options
for the Norfolk Campus
PARKING PASSES - Norfolk campus map - Parking areas map
- Parking passes for both the city of Norfolk St. Paul's Parking Lot and the MacArthur Mall Garage (north)
are
$25.00 for the entire
semester.
- Passes may be purchased from:
- Students receiving financial aid can have their
aid applied to pay for parking passes. They should consult
their Financial Aid advisor for more details.
- To purchase a parking pass, student must be currently enrolled and student's tuition must be paid for the current semester.
- Student will be asked to show a current TCC ID card.

DAY CLASSES - Parking map
- Students may park in the city of Norfolk St. Paul’s Lot, north or south end parking areas. This is not the same lot as St. Paul's church lot.
- Free shuttles will run from the St. Paul’s Lot north or south pick-up shelters to
the campus.
- 6:00 am to 7:15 pm
- Monday through Friday.
- The last shuttle to the parking lot will leave the Martin Building shuttle stop promptly at 7:15 pm.
- Day students will be issued a bright yellow pass.
- Look for the TCC Shuttle Bus signs and wait there for the shuttle service. The shuttle pick up area has an overhead shelter.
The shuttle buses will run every 5 to 10 minutes.
- The City Parking Administration will ticket all vehicles without a properly displayed TCC Parking Pass.
- Please pay attention to spaces in the lot marked as Handicapped, tickets will be issued to cars that do not have a handicapped license plate or hanging tag.
- Cars that park in the Buses Only spaces will also be issued tickets.
- Emergency phones (blue pole structures) are located on every vehicle parking row should emergency assistance be needed.
NIGHT & SATURDAY CLASSES ONLY -Parking map
- Students should park in the MacArthur Mall Garage (north).
- Night and Saturday students will be issued a lime green pass.
- lime green passes can be used at
- the MacArthur Mall garage (north)
- after 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
- Saturdays all day up to 6:00 pm
DAY & NIGHT CLASSES - Parking map
Visit the Business Office for specific instructions on your parking pass (light blue).
Students need to purchase only one pass if they have Day and Night classes.
- Students with Day classes should park in
- the city of Norfolk St. Paul’s Lot
- Monday through Friday,
- 6:00 am to 7:15 pm
- Students with Night classes should park in
- the MacArthur Mall Garage (north)
- Monday through Friday
- 4:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
