Student Parking Options for the Norfolk Campus

Students should take advantage of the St. Paul's Lot (See New Parking Arrangements). Parking at St. Paul's Lot is free for the remainder of Spring semester 2008 and all of Summer semester 2008. A special city decal/hang tag issued by the Norfolk Campus Business Office will be required to park in the lot.

A $25 day semester hang tag is also available that provides parking in Harbor Park Lot and a free ten-minute ride on the Norfolk Electric Transit (NET) to the campus for the entire semester.

Evening students may purchase a $10 Debit card or a $15 evening semester hang tag for parking in the York Street parking garage (See New Parking Arrangements) after 4:30 p.m. The debit card provides 20 trips to the York Street parking garage. The day semester tag (Harbor Park) is also honored at the York Street parking garage in the evenings after 4:30 p.m. Students taking Saturday classes (7:30 am - 5:00 PM) must park in the York Street garage and use the Debit card.

When evening events are held at Scope, The Nova or Chrysler Hall, TCC students can use the York Street parking garage. There will be no special event charge if students show their TCC Debit card or hanging tag. Parking during such events is first come, first served.

Parking passes may be purchased from the Norfolk Campus Business Office in room 1125 in the Andrews Science Building.

To purchase a parking pass, you must be currently enrolled and your tuition must be paid for the current semester. You will be asked to show your TCC ID card with the current semester sticker.
