Event Planning
Students, recognized student organizations, and staff may schedule events. All requests to hold an event must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. The reservation is not approved until confirmed by events management staff. For questions concerning the request forms or about events, please call the Student Center at 822-1588 or e-mail us at nscenter@tcc.edu.
Catering
All events with food/drink costs above $100 must use Aramark, Inc., the college's food service vendor. To find out more, visit the TCC Catering Services website.
Audio/Visual Services
Our multipurpose spaces are fully outfitted with audio and visual equipment. Lighting and audio levels may be controlled from Crestron wall panels, and personal devices such as laptops and iPods may be connected to the system. An Audio Visual Assistant is available to assist users with equipment.
The following services are also available for any of our event spaces:
Portable lighting system
The Student Center has an LED portable lighting system which can be configured with up to 60 lights.
Portable sound system
The Portable sound system can be added to the built-in system if needed. The system includes 4 main speakers, 2 monitor speakers, 3 wired mics, and 1 wireless mic.
Staging with pipe and drape
Eight 8'x8' sections of stage are available, which can be configured in several different layouts.
Dance floor
The dance floor can be set-up for student dances or for special performances.
