International Education Week runs 11/16-20
Brazilian Carnival Celebration
Location: Chesapeake Campus Student Lounge
Time: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Musical Performances, Dancing, Snacks, ISA members will be present to model traditional Brazilian Carnival costumes.
International Student Alliance Showcase
Location: TCC Roper Theater, Norfolk Campus
Time: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Featuring various student and professional artists and musicians who will be performing original songs, dances, and skits.
International Symposium
Location: Norfolk Campus, LRC front room (to the right when you walk in the LRC)
Time: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The symposium will showcase a variety of original art pieces. Guest Speaker: Gail Della-Piana, from the Miami University of Ohio.
International Dinner and International Fashion Walk
Location: Virginia Beach Campus Cafeteria
Time: 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Students, staff and faculty are invited to join the ISA for an evening of fun, music, and international cuisine. There will be an International Fashion Walk at 7 p.m. with models presenting traditional clothing from around the world.
