Expectations and Understandings
  • Become a stronger and more independent learner! Tutors will teach you strategies to improve and enhance your writing.
  • OUR GOAL IS NOT TO HELP YOU TO PRODUCE A "PERFECT PAPER" BUT TO GIVE YOU THE SKILLS AND THE TOOLS TO IMPROVE YOUR WRITING AND READING SKILLS.
  • TUTORS CANNOT PROOFREAD OR EDIT PAPERS. Tutors will help you identify STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES in your writing.
  • Students must be prepared :
    • Read and attempt all assignments.
    • Bring hard-copy essays with all drafts, classroom notes, professor's comments and course textbooks.
  • Students are responsible for their own research, analysis, and content of papers.

  • Walk- ins and groups welcomed.
