| The Associate in Science in engineering prepares students to transfer to a four-year college or university to pursue a bachelor's degree in aerospace, civil, chemical, computer, electrical, environmental, mechanical, mining, metallurgical, or nuclear engineering. TCC has transfer agreements with the institutions to which most students transfer: Virginia Tech, the University of Virginia, and Old Dominion University.
The associate in applied science degree, certificate, and career studies certificate programs in Engineering & Industrial Technology programs provide varying degrees of preparation for the job market and program length to meet a student's particular needs in these fields.
