Theresa M. Bryant![]() Theresa M. Bryant is Vice President for Workforce Development responsible for the delivery of all noncredit training and customized credit training offered through the college. These activities include extensive customized corporate contract training programs and a wide array of professional open enrollment classes. Before TCC, Bryant served as Vice President for Workforce Development and Continuing Education at Central Virginia Community College and was Interim Vice Chancellor for Workforce Services at the Virginia Community College System in 2003. She was one of the founding members of the Virginia Workforce Development Academy and regularly makes presentations there. Bryant serves on the Hampton Roads Workforce Investment Board and on the Career and Technical Advisory Committee for Norfolk City Schools. She is a graduate of the CIVIC Leadership Academy and previously served on the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce board of directors. She is the incoming president of the Rotary Club of Hampton Roads. Bryant is active in many state and national associations, serving on the board of directors for the National Council on Workforce Education and the National Alliance of Community and Technical Colleges. Bryant holds a master’s degree in business administration from Columbus State University and earned a master’s and a bachelor’s degree from Mississippi University for Women.
