Alesia  M. Davenport

Alesia M. Davenport is the Executive Director of the TCC Educational Foundation and Director of Development.

Davenport joined TCC in August 2013 bringing more than 20 years of experience in advancement, most recently serving as foundation/advancement director for Rogue Valley Manor Foundation/Pacific Retirement Services, where she represented eight nonprofit continuous care retirement communities located in Oregon, California, Washington, Wisconsin and Texas.

Davenport’s experience in higher education includes leading the planned giving program at Auburn University and the development efforts at the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center at Vanderbilt University. Davenport spent four years living in Lugano, Switzerland, where she was vice president for advancement for Franklin College. She has also worked extensively in the healthcare industry with Bristol Myers as a pharmaceutical representative and the American Heart Association, where she was charged with building a planned and major gifts program.

Davenport is a member of the Class of 2014 for LEAD Hampton Roads and serves as the president of the F. Allen and Louise K. Turner Foundation. She is a member of the Southern Oregon Estate Planning Council and past membership chair of the Tampa Bay NCPG.

Davenport holds a master’s in philanthropy and development from St. Mary’s of Minnesota, and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina in Greensboro. She is a Certified Financial Planner and recently completed the Certified Estate Planner designation.
