Associate of Applied Science - HVAC/R

Prepare to repair, maintain, and service HVAC systems by supervising and assigning work according to building codes and standards. You'll train to conduct routine inspections and supervise repairs and/or maintenance to HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Ready yourself for in-demand HVAC/R technician jobs working on residential or commercial air conditioning systems, or for positions as a sales representative or a control services technician. You’ll study the fundamentals of air conditioning and refrigeration systems in addition to duct construction and maintenance, hydronics, and applied technical mathematics.

Graduates of the associate degree program will obtain the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) industry certification.
