Transfer credit for military education and training can help you save time and money at TCC, enabling you to earn your degree faster.  

Request evaluation of military experience

Army, Coast Guard, Marines, National Guard and Navy

  1. Request an official Joint Services Transcript. Requests received by the JST System are processed and sent electronically to TCC within 1 business day.
  2. Complete and submit the Request for Evaluation of Educational Experience form.
  3. Complete and submit the online application for a SOC Student Agreement. (Veterans: skip this step)
     

Air Force

  1. Request your official Community College of the Air Force/Air University transcript.
  2. Complete and submit the Request for Evaluation of Educational Experience form

 

Transfer credit evaluation timeline

We encourage you to submit any military experience prior to enrolling in your first term at TCC. However, your information will not be evaluated by the Office of the College Registrar for transfer credit processing until after the academic drop deadline during your first term.​
