This plan allows you to make purchases at campus dining locations (The Campus Cafe and The Campus Cup), campus vending machines and at TCC printers once your free funds have been used up. You can also use StormDollars to make purchases at Barnes & Noble at TCC Bookstore and at TCC Child Development Centers.
Deposits of any amount can be made but note that minimum deposit amounts apply. Funds do not expire as long as you make at least one purchase each year after you establish your account. All deposits are non-refundable and may be made online or at designated campus locations.
The StormCard meal plan allows you to purchase food and beverages at campus dining locations (The Campus Cafe and The Campus Cup), and at campus vending machines. Deposits can be made only in $100, $200, $400 or $600 increments.
Funds deposited to the meal plan are non-refundable and expire at the end of the term in which they were deposited. You may use financial aid dollars to fund the StormCard meal plan.
Please be aware that meal plans are not available during summer 2017 as we undergo a changeover to a new food service contractor. Meal plans will return fall 2017 with the reopening of all new food services on campus.
Please note: new food offerings such as food trucks will be added during the fall term, watch for campus announcements.
Child Care Plans
This plan allows you to pay for TCC’s child care services, which are provided by the YWCA of South Hampton Roads. You must confirm availability and apply for services at TCC's Child Development Center before making a deposit to the child care plan.
Funds deposited to this plan are non-refundable and expire at the end of term in which they are deposited. You may use financial aid dollars to fund the child care plan.
Each semester you may use your StormCard to print up to 100 pages at no charge in any of TCC's libraries. (Printing costs are 5 cents per page after your allotment has been used up.) Printing credits are automatically loaded to your StormCard account at the beginning of each term. Unused credits do not rollover to the following term.
