Career Success Network
Find your next job on TCC’s new Career Success Network.
This free, online tool allows you to find employers who are looking to fill full-time, part-time, internship, seasonal and temporary positions in industries including
administrative – customer service – management – banking – biology and science – engineering – information technology – food service and culinary – and many more.
If you are a currently enrolled student, you already have an account on TCC’s Career Success Network. Alumni and guests can easily set up their accounts.
The Career Success Network offers:

- Listings from major employer websites and reputable job boards

How to get started
First, visit the Career Success Network.
Current TCC students: Log in by entering your TCC email address and creating a password.
Alumni and guests: Go to the Career Success Network home page and create a new account.
Next, Complete your profile and upload a resumé in the Documents section. Then, explore listed employers and jobs and browse the available resources.
Find your dream job right from your mobile device
The Careers by Symplicity app puts your job search in your pocket with smart features that let you easily seek and apply for jobs, manage your recruiting activities and connect with employers.
On-campus recruitment events
Employers are invited to TCC campuses to meet and interview students and alumni for potential employment. The Career Services Center works with employers to offer

Career exploration services
How much money do you want to make? What is the employment outlook in your chosen field?
By learning more about specific career fields, you will be prepared to choose an educational and career path that leads to a job that best fits your personal and professional goals.
Our career exploration resources and self-assessments will help you identify your interests, evaluate your skills and pull it all together to help you set goals and create an action plan for career opportunities.
Job prep workshops
The Career Services Center offers workshops on topics including:

- Projecting a professional image

- Working a job fair
- Using social media in your job search

Typing proficiency test: The Career Services Center provides a free 5-minute timed test and letter of certification. No appointment necessary; walk-ins welcome!

Resumé critique: Request an evaluation of your resume by contacting the Career Services Center.
Office resources: We have computers and fax machines you can use in your job search, along with information on job opportunities, resource guides, literature and TCC’s Career Focus magazine.
