Virginia Beach Campus

The Virginia Beach Campus is the college’s largest, with 13 buildings, including the 134,000-square-foot Advanced Technology Center, which is shared with Virginia Beach Public School students; 126,000 square-foot Joint-Use Library, a collaboration with the City of Virginia Beach; and 65,000 square-foot Regional Health Professions Center, which includes state-of-the-art simulation labs. The Science Building, which contains a planetarium, is centrally located at Princess Anne Road across from Landstown High School. The campus also features a striking Student Center, which sits along a picturesque pond enjoyed by wildlife, and the Center for Military and Veterans Education.

Signature programs


Whether you want to be an aerospace, civil, chemical, computer, electrical, environmental or mechanical engineer, TCC's Engineering program offers you all the courses and skills needed to transfer to a 4-year program at a college or university. (Also offered on the Chesapeake Campus.)


TCC’s maritime programs prepare students for employment in one of Hampton Roads’ major industries.

Health Professions

Prepare to join the fast-growing health care field. Our Health Professions programs include Emergency Medical Services, Health Information Management, Medical Laboratory Technology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Radiography, Respiratory Therapy and Ultrasound. 

Electronics Technology

TCC's Electronics Technology program prepares you for a variety of careers helping to design and construct electronic circuits to solve practical programs in engineering. Learn in the $4 million electronics lab in the Advanced Technology Center.

Funeral Service

Our nationally-accredited Funeral Service program combines technical education with the business skills necessary for you to become successful in a field where jobs are plentiful.


Where better to learn about the hospitality industry than in Virginia's top tourist destination? Courses in management, accounting, cost control and marketing give you a broad background.

Welcome to TCC! I hope you will feel at home on the Virginia Beach Campus, where you will find friendly people, an attractive environment, a wide variety of academic programs, and many free student support services to help you achieve your goals. If you are a military-related student, please stop by our Center for Military and Veterans Education where you’ll find experienced former military staff that are here to assist you any way they can.
