Returning Students Enrollment
Step 1 – Connect with an academic advisor
An advisor will help you determine what classes you need to complete your degree or certificate. Instructions can be found here. Check out our academic programs by pathway for a list of classes you need to take to complete a certificate or degree. If you have transfer credits, please provide your unofficial transcript to your academic advisor.
Step 2 – Register for classes
Step 3 – Arrange to pay for your classes
TCC offers options including payment plans, scholarships, and educational benefits for active military, dependents, and veterans. Discover your payment options here.
Step 4 – Request for your transcripts to be evaluated
If you have transfer credits from another institution and after classes have begun, complete the Request Transfer Evaluation form to have your prior credits evaluated and applied to your TCC program.
Step 5 – Get ready for classes
Get your TCC student ID card – please wait at least 24 hours after registering for classes to get your student ID card. This can be done at any of the campus Student Centers. Bring your valid state-issued ID card along with your student ID number.
Purchase your textbooks and materials at the Barnes and Noble bookstore online or on the Virginia Beach campus.
