This form is used to request a hold be placed on your classes while you wait for your military tuition assistance (TA) voucher.
Please complete the TA Hold request form in its entirety. Failure to complete the form for each semester may result in your classes dropping.
The online TA Hold request are for students using military TA and should be submitted for each semester if you DO NOT have your TA Voucher.
WE CAN PLACE A HOLD ON YOUR ACCOUNT IF ALL THE BELOW ARE TRUE:
1. Fees are
paid in full by
tuition deadline.
2. Form is submitted
before 3 pm EST on the day
tuition is due.
3. Form is submitted
before 3 pm EST on any day after the
tuition deadline.
4. You have local command approval (please attach below).
