Scholarships

TCC and the TCC Educational Foundation award thousands of dollars in scholarships each year.

Tidewater Community College and the TCC Educational Foundation are committed to investing in our students. Through the generous contributions of individual donors and organizations, we are able to provide scholarships to support students' academic study and achievement.

Applications for the Spring 2017 award cycle are being accepted now through November 11, 2016.

Apply for a scholarship and become part of the 60% of TCC graduates who leave debt free!

Most TCC Educational Foundation scholarships are worth $500 or more, and they do not need to be repaid. Depending on your unmet need, you may be awarded more than one scholarship. You must complete the FAFSA to apply.

Awards may be used only for tuition, books and fees at TCC, not for living expenses or transportation..

Students selected to receive scholarships will be notified in December via their VCCS email address.
