In honor of Native American Heritage Month this First Fridays open mic focuses on a potlatch. The potlatch is a traditional ceremony practiced among many indigenous groups, mostly in the Pacific Northwest. The word comes from the Chinook language, meaning “to give.” Come to this open mic session ready to share new knowledge, stories or creative expression for personal development.
This event is open to TCC students, faculty and staff only.
