When: Friday October 27th, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Where: Planetarium and Observatory, Science Building (J) Description: The TCC Planetarium presents New Horizons with live music. There will be a costume contest so please come dressed up for the show! From breathtaking landscapes, to violent volcanic eruptions, to Jupiter’s moons and Saturn’s icy rings, New Horizons transports you on a majestic journey through the planets and moons of our celestial neighborhood. Our journey begins as we follow a comet through interplanetary space. On each of our exotic ports of call, real data and images from modern space probes are transformed into stunning wrap-around visualizations. The show if for 23 minutes. Admission is free and open to the public. Reservations open October 16 and reservations are required for each show. You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to showtime to guarantee your reservation. A very limited number of standby tickets will be available. For more information visit HERE. |
