We Inspire Self Empowerment Leadership Development Program

Join us to learn more about the We Inspire Self-Empowerment (WISE) Leadership Development Program.

The We Inspire Self-Empowerment (WISE), is a year-long leadership development program for select students to gain knowledge in diversity, equity and inclusion topics in order to be more effective communicators and leaders.

In the Fall semester, WISE students will complete a customized curriculum, facilitated by the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities. Workshops will address themes such as unconscious bias and microaggressions. In the Spring semester, students will engage in a semester-long mentoring relationship with a TCC or community professional.
