Tidewater Community College’s career services for employers help connect TCC graduates with employers looking to fill in-demand positions across the region. TCC graduates have the specialized training and industry knowledge the workforce needs, and our high-quality, short-term training programs mean our alums leave with skills that can be put to immediate use.
TCC’s Career Services Center offers employers in Hampton Roads services to help you hire the qualified students and alumni you need, including career fairs, individual hiring events, private interview rooms, and networking events.
The Career Services Center works with employers to offer information sessions, individual hiring events, career fairs and career days. Or, you can post your job opportunities to our internal Career Success Network to help you recruit the qualified candidates you need 24/7.
Register on TCC’s Career Success Network website to post your open job opportunities. Job opportunities are viewable 24/7 and are approved one business day after they are posted. Employers must create an account to post or update job or internship opportunities.
